They offer financing if that is necessary too. They do stand behind the cars they sell before, during and after the sale. I give them an A+ rating. An honest family operation that caters to its customers. Were up front about the cars and priced very reasonably. They picked me up from Enterprise at 7 pm and drove me to the office pretty late to finalize paperwork, really made a stressful situation as good as possible.
I was apprehensive about buying here pay here lots.I filled out a credit app online for a 2005 sion. At 11pm. by 930 the next day chip called to inform me I was approved...with a small downpayment within an hour I had my car...since we purchased the sion we have put over 3000 miles on it with trips to cleavland.now we are taking it to myrtle beach...this is a professional car dealership who treats his customers with utmost respect and sells high quality vehicles for an extraordinary low price I would recommend my 95 year old grandmother buy a car off of Chip. What happened next is the reason I am rating this place 2 stars. The small piece that was replaced did not fix the gas smell. Bringing it back, the two employees simply danced around the problem. It was the equivalent of a "well, that sucks". After taking it to a local auto shop, I found there was a leak in the gas lines under the passenger side. I had to take it elsewhere.
I definitely felt duped not a week after I bought a car from this place.
I bought a 99 chevy malibu with very low milage, pretty bad rust damage but it didn't look terrible at the time. The day I took the car home, an overwhelming gas smell came from under the hood. (It had both an emissions and inspection sticker from that month, I truly think their mechanic just slapped the sticker on) I took the car back the next day for repairs. Their mechanic replaced a small piece under the hood and they assured me that was the issue.
